Humanware is a member of CALLAS. It is a company made up of experts in various disciplines, from Mechanical Engineering to Computer Science, a spin-off company of the Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento Sant’Anna di Pisa.

The partners of Humanware have collaborated for a long time in the scientific research field with the Scuola Superiore di Studi Universitari e di Perfezionamento Sant’Anna di Pisa and have developed EU funded research projects in the fields of Virtual Reality. The positive outcome of the projects has been recognized through a high number of scientific and dissemination publications and by the granting of commercial patents. This professional relationship still continues through common research programmes. The presence of multidisciplinary skills and the growing interest of the market towards these new research sectors have driven the partners to embark on a new entrepreneurial experience. Multidisciplinary approach is, therefore, the keyword that has by now become part of Humanware's know-how. In fact, the philosophy that guides the company's activities is based upon the need to offer clients, in a lot of hi-tech sectors, a product and/or service that has been followed from its conception to its final setting up.
